Pour les étudiants hors programme
d' échange :
les étudiants arrivant pour la première fois à Saint-Étienne sont exonérés des frais d'inscription à hauteur des frais nationaux. Les étudiants paieront donc les frais nationaux en fonction du niveau dans lequel ils seront intégrés : Licence ou Master.
En effet, pour cette rentrée 2020-2021 l'université n'applique pas les frais différenciés, les étudiants extra-communautaires continueront donc de s'acquitter des droits nationaux sans majoration. 

For students who are not coming with an exchange program:
students coming for the first time to Saint-Etienne are exempted to pay special application fees for international students. However, the pay regular application fees considering the choosen Bachelor or Master degree.
Indeed, for the next academic year 2020-2021,  the university doesn’t apply the differentiated fees, extra-community students will therefore continue to pay national fees without extra fees.
